At The Arbit Center for Mental Health and The Arbit ADHD Center, we are a women-owned and women-led practice, built on a foundation of expertise, compassion, and evidence-based care. Since 2016, our highly trained team of clinicians, educators, a reproductive psychiatrist, and Dr. Hite, who specializes in neurodevelopmental disorders and offers psychological evaluations at The Arbit ADHD Center, has been dedicated to providing exceptional mental health support.
While we are rooted in the heart of the DMV, we also proudly serve clients in New York, California, and Utah—offering care that is warm, welcoming, and grounded in expertise via telehealth.
