Cesia Rodriguez is a dedicated social work professional with a strong passion for supporting children, families, and individuals through trauma-informed, client-centered care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, and has five years of experience in administrative support, strengthening her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to provide culturally responsive and accessible support to diverse communities.

Cesia is currently pursuing advanced training in social work with a focus on child and family systems and trauma recovery. Her professional interests include helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and feel empowered in their healing process. She values creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

Cesia approaches her work with compassion, cultural humility, and a strengths-based perspective, believing that every individual has the capacity for growth and change when given the right support.
