With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, Carol brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and genuine care to everything she does. Her journey in healthcare began at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C., where she spent more than eight years in a range of impactful roles, serving as a Program Assistant, Bariatric Surgery Clinical Reviewer and Coordinator, and supporting multiple medical directors across Dermatology, Cardiology, and Dentistry with multiple office operations. She also played a key role in logistically organizing family new patient information sessions, ensuring families felt informed, prepared, and welcomed from the very start.

Carol went on to spend nearly eight years managing mental health practices, refining her ability to build systems and environments where both patients and providers can thrive. Today, she serves as Senior Clinical Operations Manager at The Arbit Center for Mental Health, where she leads the implementation of new technologies, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, and acts as the primary point of contact for all psychiatry coordination. Patients in the Rockville area can often find her on-site, ready to help make their experience as smooth and welcoming as possible.

Deep down, Carol is driven by a passion for the intersection of mental health and technology, and how innovative tools can be used to better serve people. She is currently pursuing coursework in computer science, continuing to grow at the cutting edge of healthcare innovation. Rounding out her skill set is a background in administrative management and graphic design, which she brings to bear in shaping the practice's warm, professional presence both online and in person.
